Josiah rules Judah and follows God. He bans idolatry, destroys the high places, and conducts raids against Israel. During the temple’s restoration, a high priest by the name of Hilkiah finds the book of law by Moses. Huldah, the prophetess, reveals the curses in the book of law will happen due to the people’s disobedience. Josiah publicly reads out the laws to the leaders and renews the covenant.
