Jehoshaphat and Ahab planned for war, and Micaiah warned that he saw Israel scattered and that the prophets were lying. Ahab was killed in the war, and dogs licked his blood. Ahab’s son Ahaziah rules over the northern kingdom, and Jehoshaphat becomes the reigns for twenty-five years; Jehoram then takes over as king after Jehoshaphat.
