God calls Moses in the form of a burning bush at Mount Horeb. He is instructed to go to Pharaoh and tell him to let the Israelites go. He informs Moses that he would deliver Israelites to Canaan, a land flowing with milk and honey. He instructs Moses to tell Pharaoh that "I AM" has sent him. God predicts Pharaoh's hard heart.
